Cravings
So now that I'm getting serious I've already got cravings for things I want. I'm seriously craving potato chips right now, and I don't have anything salty in my desk drawers (definitely a good thing), I really don't have anything to snack on except for fruit. My head tells me only having fruit for a snack is a good thing, but my tongue right now is telling me it won't accept fruit as a substitute for its salty craving... Not sure what I'm going to do other than hope it passes soon.

Starting the journey...
So I feel the need to write down my journey to finding myself. What I mean by that is I'm currently at least 75 pounds overweight, I can't look in the mirror without thinking about how I look with all the extra fat on my body. I've been "trying" to lose weight since I moved at the first of the year and am so far having no success. My new plan is to write about my progress (or lack there of) so I can have something to remind me of the good days (and the bad) to get me on the right track.
